VISION

To establish solid ground in facilitating the upgrading of seafarer through concrete policies; explicit procedure; dynamic training courses; approved training facilities; qualified faculty and staffs; and a well-planned program for continual development.

MISSION

To provide adequate top quality upgrading background on maritime education and in-house training to all seafarers employed onboard Sandigan Ship Services, Inc. manage vessel and other principals requiring its services on safety of life at sea; environmental protection; safe and reliable ship operations; and marine pollution prevention, good health, security and save energy, materials as to minimize from ship consumption  from ship, wastes and keep effective maintenance as to avoid trouble and pollution thereby ensuring influx of knowledge and skill of its seafarer for the satisfaction of the clientele.
